BELL-FORSYTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT
Welcome to the Bell-Forsyth Judicial
Circuit, Georgia's newest circuit. Created by Act Number 653 of the 1998 Georgia
General Assembly, the Bell-Forsyth became a circuit effective July 1, 1998, when
the Blue Ridge Circuit was divided into two, one county circuits. It encompasses
the boundaries of only one county, Forsyth County, located just northeast of
Atlanta. The county seat is Cumming, Georgia.
